1. General
1.1 The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as "you" or the "Customer") with Stamp For Kids, headquartered at Calle Mar de Chile, Torres de Cotillas 30565, Murcia (hereinafter "Stamp For Kids," "we," or "us," and collectively with the Customer, the "Parties"), via the Stamp For Kids website, mobile site, or mobile application (collectively referred to as "Stampforkids.com").
1.2 By using Stampforkids.com and/or placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this document (hereinafter, the "Terms"). Please ensure you have read and understood the Terms before placing your order.
1.3 Only individuals aged 18 or older, who are not under guardianship and who are not acting in the capacity of a business, may place an order.
1.4 The inclusion of any product or service on Stampforkids.com at any given time does not imply or guarantee that these products or services will be available at all times. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
1.5 We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time without prior notice. The version of the Terms that will apply to your order will be the one displayed on Stampforkids.com at the time you place your order.
1.6 Stamp For Kids aims to offer the best online experience possible. To ensure this, we need to ensure our services operate smoothly. You agree not to:
(i) Post, transmit, redistribute, upload, or promote any communication or content that could harm or negatively impact our business, products, or services;
(ii) Act in a manner or use any device that restricts, impairs, interferes with, or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying Stampforkids.com or that impacts site security;
(iii) Employ any device or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, agent, script, or other device or mechanism (including, without limitation, spiders, bots, crawlers, avatars, or intelligent agents) to navigate or search the site or to copy content from the site.
We reserve the right to immediately block access to the site for any user violating this provision or any other part of these Terms.
2. Prices and Shipping Costs
2.1 The prices displayed on Stampforkids.com include the legally applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) but do not include shipping costs.
2.2 Shipping costs will not be charged for any order, regardless of its size or weight. However, we reserve the right to charge you for shipping under certain circumstances, based on the items purchased, which will be indicated during the checkout process before you finalize your purchase. If we are unable to deliver your order in full and have to make more than one delivery, no additional charge will be applied for subsequent deliveries.
3. Order/Conclusion of Contract
3.1 The available order options are through Stampforkids.com or by email. Please visit our customer service pages for more information.
3.2 Once you have placed your order, if you have provided your email address, you will receive an email confirmation. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. If we have already received payment for the order, we will attempt to refund the amount using the same method used for the payment. If, for any reason, alternative arrangements are necessary, a Stampforkids representative will contact you to resolve the refund.
4. Delivery
4.1 Stampforkids will use reasonable diligence in accepting and processing orders and will strive to deliver your order to any address worldwide.
4.2 Stampforkids aims to dispatch orders as quickly as possible and in the order in which they are received. Our goal is to deliver within 4 to 15 business days following the confirmation of an order, unless otherwise agreed. Although we aim to deliver within the communicated timeframe, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. In the unlikely event that the delivery time exceeds 30 days, you may cancel your order.
4.3 Before placing your order, you will be informed of the expected delivery details. Once your order is placed, if you have provided your email address, you will receive an email confirmation with the expected delivery details.
4.4 If your order does not arrive on the expected date, please contact Customer Service.
4.5 We begin processing your order quickly, which means we cannot make any changes once confirmed, including changes to the delivery address or delivery option. However, it may be possible for you to update certain details or redirect your package directly with the courier. If you need to cancel your order, you must contact Customer Service via email. However, once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled as its processing has begun, and you will be entitled to request a refund and/or replacement under sections 5 and 6.
5. Order Withdrawal
5.1 You may request a refund or replacement for any defective item from the date you place the order until 30 days after receiving the items (see return policy). If you have been charged for the items, you will receive a refund that will not include the standard shipping costs of Stampforkids.com. If you decide to keep some items and only partially cancel your order, shipping costs will not be refunded.
5.2 If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us in writing, either by email or by contacting Customer Service, as stated in section 6 (Refunds) below, within the 30-day period set in section 5.1 above. We will refund the money, attempting to use the same method used for the payment as soon as possible and no later than 14 days following receipt of your cancellation notice, provided we have received the items or proof that they have been returned. A different payment method may be used for the refund if you consent to the change; in any case, this will not incur any additional costs.
5.3 If the item you received is defective, please notify Stampforkids promptly by providing photos and/or videos of such defects, and Stampforkids will provide a full refund or send a replacement item based on the requirements you indicate to our Customer Service, according to section 6 (Refunds) below. The provisions outlined here do not limit any applicable legal rights.
6. Refunds
6.1 Stampforkids guarantees a full refund or replacement of defective items as per section 5 (Order Withdrawal), provided they are considered defective products. To obtain a full refund, you must provide evidence of the defects by sending an email to our email address contact@stampforkids.com.
6.3 We guarantee that defective items, after our thorough checks, if eligible, will be refunded or replaced with a new item shipped to you, and we will cover all shipping costs related to these defective items. Please note that incorrect orders without evidence (for example, wrong or missing items) cannot be refunded, replaced, or managed by Stampforkids and will not be refunded.
6.4 The right of withdrawal and refund does not apply to goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly, such as perishable products like fresh flowers and plants.
7. Payment Methods
7.1 You can pay for your products in several ways, as listed below:
Credit or Debit Card
You can enter your payment details when placing the order using a valid credit or debit card (VISA, Mastercard, Apple Pay, or American Express). The applicable amount will be immediately reserved on your card and charged. Stampforkids reserves the right to check the validity of the credit or debit card, its credit status in relation to the order value, and whether the buyer’s address details are correct. We may reject orders based on the outcome of these checks.
PayPal
When paying via PayPal, Stampforkids reserves the right to verify the validity of the PayPal account, that sufficient funds are available to cover the purchase amount, and to validate the buyer's billing address details. The applicable amount will be immediately reserved in your PayPal account and charged. Stampforkids reserves the right to reject any purchase.
Others
7.2 Our Pay Later services are provided by Klarna.
7.3 As soon as your order has been dispatched from the warehouse, you will receive information from Klarna about how and when to complete your payment.

7.5 We reserve the right to introduce new payment methods or modify the mentioned payment methods as appropriate.
7.6 You will receive the legally required invoice document in the email confirmation of shipment.
8. Our Liability
8.1 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit Stampforkids’ liability in respect of any matter for which it would be unlawful to limit or exclude our liability.
8.2 Stampforkids is not responsible for any indirect losses that are a side effect of the main loss or damage, including loss of profits or loss of opportunities; or for the failure to deliver products or fulfill any of our other obligations under these Terms when such failure is due to an event beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to fires, floods, storms, riots, civil disturbances, wars, nuclear accidents, and terrorist activities.
8.3 Our total liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with your order on Stampforkids.com shall be limited to the total price of your order.
8.4 The ODR platform provides consumers and professionals in the European Union the possibility of reaching an out-of-court settlement for claims related to online purchases. The one-stop-shop website is designed to be interactive and easy to understand, available in all official EU languages, and is free. Using the ODR platform, consumers and traders can address an appropriate body and try to find a solution to the dispute. The ODR platform is available here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
9. Colors and Measurements
9.1 We make every reasonable effort to display the attributes of our products accurately, including composition and colors. The color you see will depend on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will display the colors accurately.
9.2 The measurements of an item listed on Stampforkids are only approximate values to help you better understand the model or fit of that specific item, and are not a definitive guarantee of the actual measurements of the item you receive. The final measurements of an item may vary depending on the material used in its manufacture.
10. Warranty
10.1 If there are defects in the products you have purchased, Stampforkids complies with all legal warranty regulations. If you have a complaint regarding obvious material or manufacturing defects in the goods we have supplied, including damages sustained during transport, please inform us and we will strive to provide you with a full refund or a new item.
11. Assignment
11.1 Stampforkids reserves the right to assign or pledge to third parties any payment claim, including payment deadlines, arising in relation to the delivery of goods.
12. Indemnity
12.1 If any part of these Terms is rejected or declared ineffective by any court or regulator, the remaining Terms shall remain applicable.
13. Ownership of Rights
13.1 All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyrights, in Stampforkids.com remain with Stampforkids and its subsidiaries or licensors. Any use of Stampforkids.com or its content, including copying or storing such content in whole or in part, other than for your personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of Stampforkids.
14. Notices
14.1 All notifications, requests, demands, or other communications required or permitted by the terms of this Agreement must be in writing and delivered to the Company at the following email address:
15. Titles/Headings
15.1 The titles are inserted solely for the convenience of the parties and should not be considered when interpreting this Agreement.
16. Gender
16.1 The singular words shall mean and include the plural and vice versa. The masculine words shall mean and include the feminine and vice versa.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
17.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. The parties to this Agreement irrevocably agree that the court in Madrid shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, and accordingly, any proceedings may be brought before such courts.
18. Force Majeure
19.1 A party shall not be deemed to be in breach or default of this Agreement, nor shall it be liable for any delay, failure to perform, or interruption of service resulting directly or indirectly from any unforeseen events, network failures, acts of civil or military authorities, civil unrest, wars, terrorism, energy crises, fires, transport contingencies, interruptions in third-party telecommunication or internet services, other disasters, or any other event beyond the reasonable control of that party.
19. Miscellaneous
20.1 If you are a consumer, nothing in this Agreement will deprive you of the protection provided by the mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction (in particular, those defining consumer rights). Regarding all disputes with consumers, the mandatory rules on jurisdiction and applicable law will apply. The court in the consumer's place of residence or domicile will have jurisdiction for any consumer-related claims.
In accordance with Articles 1281 and 1282 of the Spanish Civil Code, you and Stampforkids specifically accept the following clauses, which have been negotiated seriously, individually, and effectively between both parties:
Article 4 (Delivery), Article 8 (Our Liability), and Article 17 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction).
